We love tiktok as much as the next person, there’s been one too many nights where we have scrolled for just ‘another 5 minutes’ and then its ended up being 3 hours...Here are a few of Here and There’s favourite TikTok accounts at the moment, to help you with your scrolling.

Does bubble tea count as a food or a drink? We aren’t sure! But one thing we are sure about, is our love for feedmeimei. All things bubble tea, she makes recipes completely from scratch and comes up with most crazy concoctions which look delicious!

I always used to make these in triangles - until my friends mum made these for us and she did them like this, like a little ravioli and she gave me the tip about dipping the “lid” in egg first so it’s easier to mould. I actually thought they were deep fried cheesey ravioli when she first made them - but theyre so much simpler! @seemagetsbaked You wont need to double the recipe in this one i promise Seves 2 12 cloves of regular garlic (6 solo bulbs garlic) 200ml milk 1 red chilli Small handful parsley 250g spaghetti 2 egg yolks 50g parmesan ½ lemon Black pepper Salt Oil for frying Add 4 cloves of garlic into a very small pan. Cover with olive oil and simmer on low for 20 mins until the garlic is lightly browned and softened. Meanwhile heat up the milk in a small pot. Thinly slice 4 cloves of garlic and simmer in the milk for 2 mins Drain on a paper towel Heat up oil for frying the garlic to a medium heat, fry for 5 mins until golden and crispy Finely chop the remaining 4 cloves of garlic, red chilli and parsley Boil the spaghetti in salted water Heat up some of the garlic olive oil and gently fry the garlic and red chilli for 5 mins until softened but not browned Meanwhile whisk 2 egg yolks and the parmesan and 100ml of pasta water Add the cooked pasta to the garlic and chilli along with a splash of pasta water. Turn off the heat and add in the egg mixture, mixing vigorously until you form a smooth glossy sauce. Finish with the parsley and squeeze of lemon.
